MedHub Evaluations:

Students will complete separate evaluations for the MAP Clerkship, (1 for Neurology and 1 for Internal Medicine).

• Students will identify evaluators and deliver evaluations using the Students Identify Supervisors (SIS) function by the last day of each IM block. Students will receive a prompt from MedHub to select evaluators. (*please contact aimee.patel@yale.edu if you do not receive this prompt. 

• Students can identify Internal Medicine attendings and residents. Students may not select interns on Internal Medicine. 

• Students are required to enter any supervisor that they have worked with for five (5) or more days.  At a minimum, 1 attending evaluation and 1 evaluation from a resident. 

• Make sure when selecting evaluators to use the correct evaluation type. 

1. For faculty evaluations use: Evaluate a Faculty member.

2. For resident evaluations use: Evaluate a resident. 

• All supervisors must be identified by the last day of the IM rotation. 

• All evaluations must be completed by and about student before the student can view evaluations.
